• Do you offer custom jewellery?

Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a specific design in mind, feel free to get in touch to discuss a custom piece made just for you. You can use the custom enquiry form on my website to tell me more about your ideas.

• How long do custom orders take?

Custom jewellery takes time to design and create, so the timeframe depends on the complexity of your piece and the materials required. Custom orders usually take around 4–6 weeks, sometimes longer. For more detailed information, please feel free to message me.

• What materials do you use?

I work with a variety of metals and gemstones depending on the design, including sterling silver, gold, bronze, brass, and a range of natural and precious stones. The materials used will be specified in each product listing or discussed during the custom-order process.

• Are your gemstones natural?

The gemstones used vary depending on the piece. Please check the individual product description for details about the stone used. If you have a particular gemstone in mind, feel free to ask! I can source a wide variety of stones to suit your design and preferences.

• Can I provide my own gemstones or metal?

Potentially, yes! If you have a gemstone or metal you'd love me to use in your custom piece, please get in touch to discuss it. I'll need to assess the material, its suitability for the design, and whether it can be safely worked with before confirming. Additional terms or costs may apply depending on the project.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I offer international shipping, so you can enjoy Book of Kissu jewellery wherever you are in the world. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs fees or import taxes will depend on your destination.

• Can I request a different gemstone or metal?

In many cases, yes! Alternative gemstones and metals may be possible depending on the design and availability. Get in touch to discuss your preferences, and I'll be happy to explore the options and any price differences with you.

• Does my jewellery come with a warranty?

Yes! All fine jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing issues and repairs such as tightening prongs or securing loose stones.

The warranty does not cover lost jewellery, accidental or severe damage, or damage caused by improper care or third-party repairs. Having your jewellery repaired or worked on by another jeweller will void the warranty, with the exception of resizing, which will not affect your warranty.

If your jewellery needs attention, please contact me with photos and a description of the issue before sending it for repair. I'll assess the piece and do my best to help wherever possible.

• Can you recreate a previous design?

I may be able to recreate a previous design, depending on the availability of materials and the complexity of the piece. Please note that recreations of previous designs are subject to a minimum 35% price increase compared to the original design's price. This reflects the additional time and work involved in reproducing an existing piece. Slight variations may occur, particularly when working with unique gemstones or materials.
