Refund & Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at bookofkissu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a clear photo of the issue so I can assist you promptly.

Please note, Book of Kissu cannot accept returns for items that are not damaged or faulty. Additionally, returns will not be accepted if more than 14 days have passed since delivery.

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt). Without this, I will not be able to process your return. Once I confirm your return request, UK and international customers will be instructed to return the item via Royal Mail within 14 days.

After I receive your return, I will notify you via email to confirm its arrival and discuss the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

For custom pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, which is included in the total price. This deposit secures your spot in our production queue and covers the resources allocated to your project. Please remember to send the item you wish to include in your jewelry. If the item is not sent and a refund is requested later, the deposit will still be deducted.

Order Cancellations

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Book of Kissu do not accept cancellations, as each item is made specifically for you.

Wrong Address & Reshipments

Book of Kissu is not responsible for items once they have shipped. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the postal service directly. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you must notify me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you before I ship your package, your item will be shipped to the address provided, and I cannot be held responsible for reshipments or lost packages. For added security, we recommend selecting tracked shipping options to ensure your package is delivered safely.
